Founder and Principal
Jeremy is the founder and Principal for Stern Digital Strategies, a consulting venture he launched to serve the streaming media, broadband, broadcasting, multichannel channel video and music tech industries.
Prior to Stern Digital, he worked at Google for almost twelve years. When at Google, he had the opportunity to help launch two innovative and revolutionary products, YouTube TV and Google Fiber. At YouTube TV, he served as Head of Local Television, and was a Business Development Principal for Google Fiber.

Before Google, Jeremy worked as a business development executive in the digital music and digital video spaces, practiced communications and Internet law and worked as an executive in the cable television industry. He served as a Vice President of Business Development for MOG, a music subscription service (acquired by Beats) and Audible Magic Corp., an automated digital content recognition company.

Jeremy served as Managing Partner for the Los Angeles office of the communications law firm of Cole, Raywid & Braverman LLP. He represented media, telecommunications and Internet companies, advising them on novel issues of copyright, FCC law, telecom infrastructure, and digital media.

Jeremy began his career after college in the cable industry, working in various sales, corporate development and law and public policy roles.

He attended Georgetown University Law Center where he obtained his Juris Doctor degree, and the University of Michigan where he obtained his Bachelors in Arts Degree.
Jeremy is a member of the Board of Directors and is the Executive Vice President of Congregation Tikvat Jacob Beth Torah. He served as a member of the Board of Directors of the California Cable and Telecommunications Association and chaired its Law & Public Policy Committee. He also was a member of the PUENTE Learning Center Board of Directors -- a multigenerational and multicultural education non-profit -- for 18 years and was a prior Chairman of the Board.

He lives in Manhattan Beach, CA with his wife. They have 4 sons. He enjoys open water ocean swimming, cycling and triathlons, studying national security and foreign affairs, and playing blues guitar.
