The Streaming TV industry has a unique challenge in that our customers sit on the other side of the TV screen - almost impossible to access directly. Additionally, hearing from customers is infrequent as we’ve created a flexible industry that requires less effort to leave us than call us. In this session we will explore how we can break through the virtual wall, develop better strategies to listen to our customers, and tactics for bringing the customer experience to life within our organizations.
